February has been an exciting month with a plethora of outstanding new releases from Human Machine, Mathias Schober ( aka SHOW-B), Andre Lodemann, Agents Of Time, Patlac, Ed Davenport, Prins Thomas, Locked Groove, Stephan Bodzin, Chymera and many more.

To say Connaisseur Recordings is a powerhouse would be an understatement. Each offering has been laced with quality and style, and their latest release is no exception. A mighty Sicilian crew, Human Machine, will embellish an Offenbach-based imprint with one of the most anticipated releases of 2015, ‘146’ EP. The opening track, ‘146’ has gained a lot of hype on the dance-floor, and the hype is well deserved. Powerful, moody and incredibly stylish tune, it creates a magical world filled to the brim with a massive synth sections and amazing creativity.

‘Soak It feat. Nonku’ (Andre Lodemann Remix)

Mysterious producer Hyenah emerged into the electronic music scene in 2014 causing a stir in deep house circles with a debut EP, ‘The Wish'. Since then, he has released some impressive work with Freerange Records, Aeon and Drumpoet, including the dark ‘Tale from the Dirt’ EP. Hyenah is also starting a bi-monthly residency at the world famous Watergate club in Berlin.
Extremely talented Andre Lodemann delivers a stunning anthemic version of ‘Soak It'. This remix combines hypnotic and intoxicatingly seductive vocals with adrenaline-pumping tones.

The fledgling Lossless.cc imprint is pushing forward this February with a brand new ’According To’ EP from an incredibly talented Munich-based producer and label boss Mathias Schober who is better known as Show-B or SB. The masterfully crafted ’The Set Of Rules’ is woven in rich futuristic tapestry of grooving bass and ominous, psychedelic synth.

‘Esc’ (Prins Thomas Diskomiks)

Norwegian space-disco don and Full Pupp label boss Prins Thomas is teaming up with a prolific German producer and one half of Tuff City Kids Lauer on a fantastic disco-funk infused journey ‘Esc'. Inspired by a new wave and 80's pop original, this long awaited tune has been turned into a big-room cosmic disco burner by Prins Thomas. It's an artsy blend of "progressive technopop" synch, magnetic and icy vocals by singer Jasnau, and a sheer nocturnal electric vibe.

'Winterland' (Patlac remix)

Melodic house and techno label Chaper 24 Records brings two moody and powerful cuts of the retro analog laden Kurt Baggaley’s musical fable ‘Winterland’. The Hamburg DJ, producer and a skillful remixer Patlac takes the reins for the first rework of the highly addictive EP. In this emotional yet gorgeous remix, he is magically transformed already elegant original into an astoundingly breathtaking dance floor anthem.

Maceo Plex's much-loved Ellum imprint is starting off the year in style, first announcing his own residency at Pacha Ibiza starting in May and now releasing a hydraulic techno tour de force, a two-tracker ' Magma' EP from Italian vikings Agents Of Time. The original cut of 'Obsidian' is a pure, forceful techno that will send shivers down the spine of any clubber.

German/Irish powerhouse Maeve welcomes a long time friend Ed Davenport (also know as a techno alchemist Inland) to the family this month with a brand new two-track EP entitled 'Silver Walks'. The title track is an emotionally charged powerful trip interwoven with flowing harmonies and melodic expressions.

'No Lead' ( Chymera Remix )

Alex Niggemann's Soulfooled imprint walked into a promising 2016 with this impressive release entitled ' No Lead' by the German-based Indian duo Daso & Pawas. The package comprises of two original cuts and a powerful remix by a talented Irish producer Chymera who is keeping the groove-inducing melodic elements of the original but giving it a lift with a serving of irresistible synth and righteously dense bassline.

Belgian producer Tim Van de Mutter, aka Locked Groove, has a knack for creating lush techno-dance grooves with a hint of euphoria. His mesmerizing remix of Paul Valentine’s ‘Inner Harm’ drives forward from the start through rich and seductive territories. A great start to the year for Locked Groove.

'Mistral' (Stephan Bodzin Remix)
Systematic Recordings
After the great success of enchanting ‘Mistral’ which was first released on the 10 Yrs Systematic compilation in 2014, the famed label decided to take it further by re-releasing the blissful original with two sultry and deeply affective remixes by pillars of German electronic music Stephan Bodzin and Mark Romboy. Techno maestro Stephan Bodzin, a producer with considerable pedigree, stamped his signature dystopian, hypnotic sound on the original cut. The resulting remix radiates a raw intensity and darkly moody emotionalism. It's yet another sonic adventure from German producer.
