Davis' and Zopelar’s In Their Feelings imprint continues to shine a light on the freshest talent emerging from the Brazilian underground house music scene. The label celebrates its 2nd anniversary with a stunning new compilation featuring exclusive contributions by the label’s artists including Sphynx, Vermelho, Erica, rHr, Mari Herzer, as well as Davis and Zopelar themselves. Musically diverse, sophisticated, and forward-thinking, the 12 track package fuses acid and Brazilian house influences with the label’s trademark futuristic-techno style.

One of In Their Feelings’ main men and an integral member of the Sao Paulo’s vibrant underground electronic music scene, Davis has been turning heads over the last year with releases on labels such as Live At Robert Johnson, Innervisions, Connaisseur Recordings, and Endless among others.

His contribution to the “Escape From Sao Paolo” compilation is an immense beauty entitled ‘Riff’. Effortlessly classy and beautifully contemplative, it showcases Davis’ trademark focus on raw, granular textures, driving 303 acid-tinged bass lines, and hypnotic rhythms. “Riff” is a blissful and captivating example of the futuristic side of electronic music dipped in the warmest of lush acid sounds and intricate cinematic atmosphere.
