PREMIERE: Dycide - Hanaq [IO]

Munich-based IO Records welcomes back one of its co-founders Dycide for his fourth outing on the label, a six-tracker 'Qusqu' EP, which also includes a remix by Kaf. The EP opens up with a subtle melancholic Ambient voyage, 'Waira,' that perfectly sets the tone for the rest of the release, which gets groovier but keeps those melancholic vibes throughout the whole EP. 
Our premiere for today 'Hanaq' explores the depths of Techno and represents Dycide's style in its best fashion. 'Hanaq' is driven by rumbling toms and a wavy bassline that travels around the spectrum, creating a bedrock for the magic that awaits. The magic unfolds with mellow pads and distant bells that bring fragility, which perfectly contrasts the otherwise dark and deep foundation, creating a mesmerizing Deep Techno excursion that resembles late nights/early mornings when you are ready to let go of things and travel to different dimensions.
