PREMIERE: Viels - Exponential [Node Recordings]

Node Recordings returns with another great collection of techno tracks on the Falling Textures EP. The Spanish Label, with its very coherent identity in titles, artwork, and sound, presents another 5-track EP that celebrates techno.
Our premiere track is from none other than Italian mental techno expert and Acquario resident Viels. “Exponential” is a testament to Viels’ mind-boggling and energetic high-class techno. Staying true to the hypnotic realms of the genre, the track also has an industrial and highly generative appeal.
The track’s specialty lies in the intriguing interplay of two distinct sound elements that haunt you from both near and far, and this is the absolute strength of this track. Talking about captivating music and how a sense of hypnosis might be created: here we have a perfect example of it. “Exponential” is carried by powerful waves of sound that instill a spiraling and exponential effect, playing with the listener’s mind. This track is engineered to sweep you away into other spheres, only to bring you back and sweep you away again.
The 5-tracker “Falling Textures” will be released on May 29th and features tracks from talent like Acaera, Aögram, RPTLS, and Sam Wilson.
