PREMIERE: Queniv - Viba [De Lichting]

Today there seems to be only one subject on the minds of everyone and it would be a fool’s errand to not address it. Today, however, is also the focus of something much better, something worth many more words, a subject which we are deeply in-debt to for peace of mind and sometimes, a raison d’etre.

The Dutch collective and Delayed favorite, known as De Lichting is breaking into 2020 with an offering by one of its members, Queniv. Those of you paying attention may remember we also featured Boris Acket’s Znton release back in 2019 and I hope, very much so in fact, that they continue this string of individual releases.

Releases which bring us to De Lichting’s latest, Redesign and our premiere of ‘Viba’. Out on the 21st of March, Queniv has maintained his signature style of blending a multitude of musical elements into what I’d like to fondly quote, “a highly recommended party pack for a wide range of DJ's”. The mark of a great track or tracks for that matter is their ability to fit in many situations and in this case, I’d say Queniv nailed it.
