Life is a journey, not a destination. This phrase keeps echoing in my head as I write the description for today’s mix. September is a special month in the Sundays series, as we enter the fifth year of its existence. Throughout the time, sounds have changed, I’ve changed. What has remained constant is the idea that we all value those special, personal moments during the weekend. Moments to recharge, to ground ourselves, to soothe, to focus on oneself.
